Renkai Ma
Renkai is a postdoctoral scholar. With a human-centered approach, Renkai explores Trust & Safety (T&S) through three interconnected domains: examining the economic effects of T&S practices on creator and platform economies, advancing justice-oriented methods to ensure fair and transparent governance, and innovating T&S designs tailored for vulnerable groups, notably children, through technology, policy, and education.
