The STIR lab was invited to participate in UCF iSTEM’s Camp Connect III summer event. Ph.D. student Karla Badillo-Urquiola led the week-long day camp, introducing the three high school students to the field of Human-Computer Interaction within Computer Science. STIR Lab student Zach Shea also introduced the students to the design process and helped them create their first mobile app prototype. A special thanks to Dr. Pamela Wisniewski and STIR Lab students Thomas Lukas, Timothy Dinh, Irina Ledyaeva, Denielle Abaquita, Lyla Lovett, and Aishu Babuji for volunteering during the week and helping make this experience a success.
