Congrats to Irina on her new job!

Congratulations to STIR Lab graduate and alumnus Irina Lediaeva on starting a new job as a User Experience Researcher at Globus.ai! Globus.ai is a Norwegian company that empowers people to do the work they love, while maximizing their potential by matching them to roles based on their skills and experience.

Reflecting on the importance of the experiences gained at the STIR lab, Lediaeva shared this:

I work as a user experience researcher and designer at Globus.ai [https://globus.ai/], a Norwegian startup that creates AI staffing solutions to automatically match people with jobs. As a researcher, I utilize qualitative methods (such as usability testing and user interviews) to improve the product based on users’ needs. Working in the STIR Lab and the iUX Academy as a researcher, I collaborated on a variety of projects that helped me gain practice in conducting interviews, usability testing, and doing proper research in general. I would like to thank both labs for giving me such a unique opportunity to learn so many things that I now apply in my daily job.”

Congrats to Irina on her new job!
