Congratulations to our postdoctorate Dr. Jinkyung (Katie) Park for winning the prestigious 2024 iSchools Doctoral Dissertation Award! Dr. Park’s dissertation has been recognized for its innovative research and significant contribution to the field of information science. The iSchools Doctoral Dissertation Award, introduced in 2013, is a prestigious annual competition that recognizes outstanding work in the information field. Nominations are solicited from all members of the iSchools organization and judged by a committee drawn from leading international schools. Dr. Park will be leaving our lab soon as she will be joining the School of Computing at Clemson University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Fall 2024. We are deeply grateful for all her efforts during her time at our lab and wish her continued success in her new role.
