Congratulations to Dr. Pamela Wisniewski and STIR Lab Ph.D. student Karla Badillo-Urquiola for their lead in the co-authorship of an article in the November 2019 Special Issue of SAGE’s Journal of Adolescent Research. The article, titled “Beyond Parental Control: Designing Adolescent Online Safety Apps Using Value Sensitive Design,” takes a developmental, youth-centric approach to the re-designing of parental control apps.
We are immensely proud of Dr. Wisniewski and Karla for their continuing contributions to the STIR Lab and work on adolescent online safety.
