The UCF College of Engineering and Computer Science has established a new Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Task Force, whose mission will be to “identify and implement actionable strategies to transform the culture of CECS into one that celebrates equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as promoting the success of under-represented groups within STEM.”
This task force is composed of students, faculty and staff from within CECS. The Task Force Chair is the STIR Lab’s very own Dr. Pamela Wisniewski! The task force’s co-chairs are Dr. Ali Gordon, and Dr. LeeAnn Roberts.
We wish the new EID task force all the best in their future endeavors, as they seek to diversify UCF’s CECS department and bring continued success to our institution.
